PNE Development is a north east based social enterprise delivering training and consultancy to the voluntary and community sector across the UK and parts of Europe).
They have announced an award ceremony for Volunteers in 2011. There are three categories:
They are looking for nominations to each category from volunteer managers who wish to recognise outstanding volunteers who are making a difference to the lives of people and communities in their area.
Each winner receives an award and a £250 prize, plus £1500 for the organisation that they volunteer with.

Nominations close on 28th January 2011, and the award ceremony will take place in Newcastle Upon Tyne in March 2011.
